Rate includes bed linen and towels on arrival, wifi and parking – breakfast not included.

The heated pool is accessible during the season, from mid-May to mid-October, between 9 am and 8 pm.

While we appreciate animals, we request that you refrain from bringing them onto the premises to ensure better harmony.

An electric charging station for your vehicle is available.

Two pricing options are possible: Either by credit card through an application or a flat-rate pricing at a rate of 15 euros per recharge.

Arrival and Departure:

Arrivals are from 4 pm to 6 pm. Kindly notify us in advance if you plan to arrive outside of these hours. Thank you.

Guests are kindly asked to check out by 10 am at the latest. (Flexibility may be possible based on our availability.)

Bond:

Deposit required by credit card on arrival: 300 euros for the Gaelle, Charlotte, Benjamin, Joffray gîtes and 600 euros for the Anna, Numa and Mistral gîtes

In case of damage or theft, we reserve the right to deduct the amount due from the customer’s deposit.

Conditions of modification and cancellation :

Modifications to your stay are subject to availability on the requested new date, and a potential adjustment of the rate may apply if the new date falls within a period of higher rates.

Cancellations within 30 days of your scheduled arrival are non-refundable.

To cancel a reservation, please send an email to infoblanchefleur@gmail.com. The cancellation will be considered valid only upon confirmation by Domaine de Blanche Fleur through the issuance of a cancellation confirmation email.
